Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows

Participation Limitations 》
*Wheelchairs are not allowed.
*People with no heart or respiratory problems (please inquire if you have other concerns)
*Please wear minimal sunscreen and makeup on the day of the event.
- If you are renting a wetsuit, please do not apply sunscreen to your upper body.
- Please do not put sunscreen, lipstick, or other makeup on your snorkel gear or wetsuit.
*Participation is open to non-swimmers, but please make sure you meet the following participation requirements.
- Must be able to put face to face with seawater
- Must be able to hold mouthpiece in mouth
- Able to wear a snorkel mask
*If the number of participants is less than two, the tour may not be conducted.
Pick-up location
*Note: Guests staying at the Sheraton Waikiki and Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki will be picked up at the pick-up location.
- If you are staying at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, we will pick you up near the escalators in front of the Hokulani Waikiki.
- If you are staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki, the pick-up location will be one of the following two locations. Please contact us for details.

*No advance reservations are required for Hanauma Bay. A licensed guide will prepare your admission ticket.
*Only snorkelers may participate. Observation only is not allowed.
Also, as this is a guided snorkel tour, you will not be allowed to enter the ocean without a guide.*If you have more than 4 children or elderly people with you, we recommend that you participate in the charter plan.
*Safety boxes are available, but we recommend that you do not bring passports or valuables.

My 77 year old mother was scared at first when she went snorkeling for the first time, but thanks to Mr. Daishi's kind and attentive guide, she had a great time. After returning to the hotel, she kept excitedly talking about how much fun she had and how beautiful the ocean was. We also appreciated that he took us to a donut shop and explained in detail about my mother's favorite flowers along the way. Thanks to you, it was a very valuable experience.
