Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows
7 days prior to the day of the event: 100%.
Participation Limitations 》
*Wheelchairs are not allowed.
*People with no heart or respiratory problems (please inquire if you have other concerns)
*Please wear minimal sunscreen and makeup on the day of the event.
- If you are renting a wetsuit, please do not apply sunscreen to your upper body.
- Please do not put sunscreen, lipstick, or other makeup on your snorkel gear or wetsuit.
*Participation is open to non-swimmers, but please make sure you meet the following participation requirements.
- Must be able to put face to face with seawater
- Must be able to hold mouthpiece in mouth
- Able to wear a snorkel mask
Pick-up location
*Note: Guests staying at the Sheraton Waikiki and Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki will be picked up at the pick-up location.
- If you are staying at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel, we will pick you up near the escalators in front of the Hokulani Waikiki.
- If you are staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki, the pick-up location will be one of the following two locations. Please contact us for more details.

*No advance reservations are required for Hanauma Bay. A licensed guide will prepare your admission ticket.
*Only snorkelers may participate. Observation only is not allowed.
Also, as this is a guided snorkel tour, you will not be allowed to enter the ocean without a guide.*Safety boxes are available, but we recommend that you do not bring passports or valuables.
