Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled for the customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows

7 days prior to the day of the event: 100%.

Participation Limitations 》

*Please wear minimal sunscreen and makeup on the day of the event.

If you are renting a wetsuit, please do not apply sunscreen to your upper body.
Please do not put sunscreen, lipstick, or other makeup on your snorkel gear or wetsuit.

*Wheelchair users
If you wish to attend the event in a wheelchair, please let us know through the reservation form when you make your reservation.

Large folding wheelchairs are not allowed.
We are not able to take you to Hanauma Bay.

*Price per hour for one 7-passenger van; for 8 or more persons, please apply for two vans as we will use two vans.

Pick-up location

*Transfers in the Ko Olina area will be an additional charge of $120.

*Note: Guests staying at the Sheraton Waikiki and Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki will be picked up at the pick-up location.
