We had a very enjoyable day. The driver in charge was very reassuring and very enjoyable to talk to! Not only did he take us to the places we had requested in advance, but he was willing to make additional requests as soon as we got in the car, and he suggested a plan that didn't waste any time and took us to power spots we had no idea about. The garlic shrimp recommended by the driver was just superb. I would like to come back to Hawaii again. It was a memorable trip. Thank you very much.

Alo-ha🌺 Very nice guide on the day ❗ We had a lot of fun because we could talk a lot and we had a lot to talk about. He was able to accommodate our change of plans to the places we wanted to go and took us to some of the places he recommended. It was a unique tour that I could not have enjoyed anywhere else 😊. I wondered if it was too long for 7 hours, but it didn't take long at all But it went by so fast 😊. We even got a big double Rainbow 🌈🌈🌈 at the end! I hope to go back next time! We chose this tour because of the good reviews and the fact that we could plan more flexible than other tours. We wanted to spend more time at Lanikai Beach and the Lanikai Pillbox, so we were given more time in Kailua and other flexible arrangements so that we could fully enjoy our time there. From the pick up at Aulani, we were guided for 6 hours with our requests plus more. We did not find the Sunrise Shell, but while we were relaxing at Ali'i Beach, he took us to Haleiwa to buy garlic shrimp, dropped us off right in front of the recommended art in Kaka'ako, and stopped by Whole Foods, which we had not planned for. It was a very fulfilling day. We could not have visited all the areas by ourselves, but thanks to your help, we were able to tour efficiently and without wasting time. We were able to hear a lot of behind-the-scenes stories, and my child said it was a lot of fun. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again. Thank you very much for your kind guidance.

It was a great tour! It was a private tour for our family of three for 7 hours. I am so thankful to Mr. Sugimoto for taking us to the places we wanted to go as much as possible. We visited Izumo-taisha Shrine, prayed at Balance Rock with a sacred feeling, ate cut pineapple at Dole Plantation, which was sweet and delicious, tasted and bought coffee at Kailua Coffee Farm, and had a wonderful conversation with the store staff. The garlic shrimp was full of oil, but it was delicious and did not upset my stomach! She also took us to a great beach where we could see sea turtles! We were able to see sea turtles swimming and drying their shells on the beach, which made us feel that we had come to Hawaii! The last stop was the night view of Tantalus. It was cloudy with light rain, but the view of Waikiki spread out below us was fantastic and gave us a wonderful memory! I would like to take the tour again next time I visit Hawaii! It was my first time in Hawaii and I was worried, but the tour guide was Japanese and I was able to sightsee with ease. He guided us to 7 places (Hitachi Tree, Haleiwa sign, Soap Factory, Giovanni's Garlic Shrimp, Snoopy, Balanced Rock, Sea Turtle) including a sudden request. Since our hotel was in the Ko Olina area, we decided to go on a fully private tour. Thanks to this, we were able to go to the places we wanted to go such as Tanaka Shrimp and Lanikai Pillbox, and I was very happy with the tour. The pillbox was tough because of the weather, but the scenery was amazing and it was an unforgettable memory. Sugimoto-san's stories were also very interesting and great. This was my mother's first time in Hawaii, so we asked for a charter that would take us wherever we wanted to go. We were very impressed with Mr. Uno's kind and thorough service! I requested a charter tour for two couples. As it turns out, it was very good. We had previously rented a car, but considering my husband's age and the burden on him, we decided to take the plunge and go on a charter tour. The price was honestly a concern due to the weak yen, but it was well worth it. The pace, distance, amount of information, and all other aspects of the tour were well balanced, and we were able to move efficiently and flexibly, making it a fulfilling day. The person in charge was very personable, and by the time we got out of the car, I was inspired by Mr. Ryu and even thought, "I will do my best to live positively.
