Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation for personal reasons, cancellation fees will apply as follows.

*If you are unable to participate in the tour due to circumstances beyond our control—such as tour cancellations caused by inclement weather or flight cancellations—we will not charge a cancellation fee.

Notes on participation

If there are less than two participants, the tour may be cancelled.
Participants are required to sign the PADI-designated consent form on the day of the event.
Do not board an airplane within 18 hours of scuba diving.
Drinking alcohol within 8 hours before diving is prohibited.
Please refrain from participating if you have a fear of the ocean or water.
If you are easily intoxicated, please take anti-sickness medicine beforehand.
On the day of the tour, please wear minimal make-up (lipstick, etc.) and sunscreen.
Please do not bring passports, precious metals, large sums of money, credit cards, luxury brand bags, etc.
Please bring your own cameras, cell phones, etc. at your own risk.
Please note that we may not be able to provide you with underwater photos due to sea conditions, customer conditions, or camera malfunctions.
Please understand that sea turtles are wild creatures and you may not be able to see them.
Tour schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
If you wish to have an underwater photo taken, there is an additional charge of $40 (cash).

Age 10 to 65 years old and in good health
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Guests over 66 years of age may participate in the tour with a doctor's certificate, but they must apply for the charter plan.
Medical history: A medical certificate is required if the applicant has hyperventilation, hyperventilation syndrome, circulatory, respiratory, ear, nose and throat systems, hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, etc.
Diabetes, hyperventilation syndrome, and hyperventilation syndrome are not allowed to participate.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
Children under 12 years old and persons over 55 years old should apply for the charter plan.
However, families or groups of three or more people may apply for a mixed tour.

The introductory diving experience in Waikiki offers excellent water clarity and is a great value for the price. The Japanese guide provided thorough and attentive guidance, and the included transportation was very convenient. However, if I had to nitpick, the pre-dive briefing felt a little long. I understand it’s for safety reasons, but I would have liked to get in the water a bit sooner. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

My child had a blast during the introductory diving experience in Waikiki. I was a little worried about whether they’d be able to dive properly, but thanks to the Japanese guide, who patiently supported them at their own pace, I was able to watch over them with peace of mind as a parent. My child’s eyes sparkled the whole time at the sight of the fish underwater, and we made so many wonderful family memories. The included transportation was also a huge help.

We used this service for a trip with my boyfriend, and it turned into the best memory ever. This was my child's first diving experience. From the pick-up and drop-off point, the driver was very attentive to relieve my child's nervousness, which put my mind at ease as a parent. Thanks to the practice of diving slowly from a shallow place, my child was able to enjoy the experience without being scared. It was the best memory of our family trip.

The diving tours in Waikiki are convenient and helpful. It was my first diving experience, but the instruction was very detailed and easy to understand, so I quickly got used to breathing underwater. 5 hours was not too long, and I was happy to finish before I got too tired. First, we met up with our Japanese guide at the hotel and took a shuttle to Waikiki Beach. Next, we received a thorough briefing on how to use the equipment, and then gradually entered the water. I didn’t have a diving license, so I was really worried before we left about whether I’d be able to dive properly, but thanks to the Japanese guide’s attentive support, even a beginner like me was able to do it. I took part in a try-diving experience in Waikiki on Oahu. The Japanese guide was extremely attentive and explained how to use the equipment and the tips for equalizing ear pressure in a way that was easy to understand, so I was able to enter the water with confidence. I was able to observe beautiful coral and tropical fish in the crystal-clear water and had a truly fulfilling experience. The tour includes round-trip transportation, so I highly recommend it.

I was looking for an easy experience diving from the suburbs of Waikiki. With transportation included, there was no stress of moving around and it was very smooth. The instructor was very kind and familiar with children, so I felt safe. It was the first time for her to dive and she was a little scared, but thanks to her holding my hand, she was able to keep a smile on her face until the end of the dive. It was a great memory for me to share the underwater world with my child.

I liked that I could easily try diving without a license. Since it was near Waikiki, it was easy to make plans after the tour. The instructor was very friendly and encouraged me all the way, even though I was not used to the water. I used this shop during my last visit to Hawaii, and this time I came back to try their Waikiki introductory diving package. As always, the Japanese guide provided attentive service, and diving in those beautiful waters is a truly wonderful experience no matter how many times I come. I took part in a trial diving tour that included transportation. The Japanese guide provided very attentive guidance, which made me feel at ease. I really appreciate that you can easily enjoy the ocean in Waikiki without needing a license. However, if I had to nitpick, it seemed to take a little while to get the equipment sized right. Even though I was traveling alone, I was able to enjoy myself without any reservations. The Japanese guide was very friendly and chatted with me, so I never felt lonely and was able to fully immerse myself in the beautiful waters of Waikiki. When traveling alone, arranging transportation to and from the dive site can sometimes feel like a hassle, but with this tour, I was able to join in easily, and it turned out to be the perfect getaway to recharge.
