Oahu] Snorkeling

The scenery changed every time we circled the island, which kept me excited. The Tantalus Hill at sunset was especially powerful, which pictures cannot convey, and it was a very satisfying day.

The North Shore in winter was less crowded, so we could spend a relaxing time. Parasols are available for rent so you can protect yourself from sunburn. We were so relaxed and were so happy to see sea turtles coming to breathe close to us. We rented a snorkel set, but the water was a little cold, so we ended up just relaxing on the beach (lol), but we were still happy enough. I would like to come back next year during this season!

I had high expectations for this tour with a lot of flexibility, but due to the high waves on the day of the tour, we could not go snorkeling at the beach we had originally planned. We went to another beach as an alternative, but were still a little disappointed. The weather was not an issue, but since snorkeling was the main activity, I rated the tour a 4. However, the guide was very kind and provided great local information.

Since this was my first trip to Hawaii, I chose this tour because I wanted to visit the major tourist attractions efficiently. I was very satisfied that I was able to visit all the places I had seen in my textbooks in one day, including Diamond Head, the North Shore, and the King Kamehameha Statue. The Hawaiian music provided by the tour guide during the evening ride made the trip more exciting. The night view of Tantalus at the end of the tour was the ultimate in excitement.

My friend and I joined the tour. It was nice and easy because of the beach entry. I was very happy to get the data of the underwater photo! It was my first time in Hanauma Bay, but there were so many kinds of fish that it was like swimming in an aquarium. The guide taught us the names of the fish and gave us tips on how to dive, and it was a very satisfying tour.

We joined this tour because we were on a bullet trip and wanted to get everything done in one tour. The guide was very good at time management and we were able to visit everything on schedule. We were able to experience diverse aspects of Hawaii, from the food stalls on the North Shore at lunchtime to the night views at night. I was especially impressed with the serenity of Honolulu at night from Tantalus Hill, which made me forget the hustle and bustle of the daytime.
